Overview
Rapid Ai 10x ("Rapid Ai 10x," "we," "us") is an AI-native operations platform for 3PL, freight, and warehouse companies, offered by RapidShips LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through our website (rapidai10x.com) and our dashboard application (app.rapidai10x.com), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text) when you or your team create a dashboard account.
- Business information: your company name, business details, and the plan you are subscribed to.
- Operational data you or your team enter, such as customer and rate card information, crew member names and phone numbers used for job dispatch, invoices and billing line items, and job or quote records.
- Communications content: emails read from a connected inbox to pull out quote requests, and SMS messages sent to and received from crew members for job dispatch. Both are used only to run the service you set up, never for advertising.
- Website usage data: standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically when you visit rapidai10x.com.
How We Use Information
We use this information to operate and improve the platform: run the AI agents (Adriana, Luis, and Chloe) that quote freight, dispatch crew, and prepare billing on your behalf; maintain your account and dashboard access; communicate with you about your account or service changes; and, in aggregate and de-identified form, improve our AI models and lead-sourcing process.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you use Rapid Ai 10x's dispatch feature (Luis), your crew members receive job-dispatch text messages only after opting in, as described at the point they sign up. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to a dispatch number to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share phone numbers collected for SMS dispatch with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on the following providers to operate the platform; each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us:
- Supabase: database, authentication, and hosting infrastructure
- Twilio: SMS and toll-free messaging
- Anthropic (Claude): AI processing used to read documents and emails and pull out structured data
- Google: Gmail API access, only for inboxes you connect yourself
- Vercel: application hosting
- Resend: transactional email delivery
- Stripe: payment processing, where applicable
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the service providers above as necessary to run the platform, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Rapid Ai 10x, our clients, or others.
Data Ownership
Data you or your team enter about your own operations (rate cards, crew rosters, invoices, job records) belongs to you. Company and contact data sourced through our lead-research process is part of Rapid Ai 10x's shared intelligence database and may be used across engagements, as described in your service agreement.
Data Security
We protect your data with standard industry safeguards. That means encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access rules enforced at the database level so each person sees only what they should. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain account and operational data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Your Choices
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of SMS messages at any time, by contacting support@rapidai10x.com.
Children's Privacy
Rapid Ai 10x is a business service and is not directed to, or knowingly used by, anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with an updated effective date.
