Draft reply for human review
A draft for a person to check and send. It contains no price, and nothing here is a quote.
How this works
The analyzer runs a set of pattern rules over the text you paste. It looks for the details a warehouse or freight desk needs before it can price a job, records the exact words it matched, and marks each field found, missing or ambiguous (for example, the thread says three containers in one place and two in another).
- Containers: reads 20ft, 40ft, 40HC / high cube / HQ, 45ft and 53ft trailers, written as 40', 40 ft, 40-footer, 3 x 40HC, 40HC x 3 or two 40ft (number words up to twenty). A 53ft trailer next to a container is treated as outbound equipment, not a second container size.
- Forwarded threads: quoted lines (>) are read, the sender is taken from the forwarded From: header, and header dates are ignored so the forward date is not mistaken for an ETA.
- Required fields depend on the service. A devan needs size, count, load type, ETA, commodity and a hazmat answer (plus cartons and SKUs if floor-loaded). Storage needs volume, duration, commodity, temperature and hazmat. Drayage needs the port or terminal, weight and dates. Transload and cross-dock sit in between.
Completeness = (required fields found + ½ × ambiguous) ÷ required fields × 100
The questions list is built from the missing and ambiguous required fields, and the draft reply wraps them in a short acknowledgement. It never contains a price.
What it does not do
- It does not understand language. Unusual phrasing, typos, tables pasted from Excel, attachments and anything over twenty written as a word will be missed. Check every field.
- It cannot tell which of two conflicting numbers is current. It flags the conflict instead.
- It does not price anything, look up a customer or know your rate card.
- It only knows a short list of US ports, terminals and commodities. Anything else needs to be labeled (“Commodity: …”, “Terminal: …”) to be picked up.

Adriana does this on your real inbox. In Rapid Ai 10x she reads each inquiry with an AI model rather than pattern rules, asks the shipper for what is missing, prices the job from your own rate card, and puts the draft quote in front of a person on your team to approve before anything is sent. See the quoting agent.
Common questions
No. The demo uses pattern rules that run in your browser, so nothing you paste leaves your device. The production agent in Rapid Ai 10x uses an AI model and your own rate card, and a person approves every quote.
It depends on the service. A devan needs container size and count, load type, ETA, commodity and a hazmat answer, plus cartons and SKU count if it is floor-loaded. Storage also needs volume, duration and temperature. Drayage needs the port or terminal and the weight.
The text gives two answers that conflict, such as “three 40’ HC” in a reply and “2 x 40HC” in the original email, or a vague date like “next week”. The tool flags it and adds a question instead of guessing.
No. The draft only acknowledges the request and asks for what is missing. Pricing comes from your rate card, and a person reviews any reply before it goes out.
