Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using Rapid Ai 10x (the "Service"), operated by RapidShips LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Description of Service
Rapid Ai 10x is a managed AI operations service for logistics, freight, and warehouse companies. Depending on your plan, the Service includes lead sourcing and outreach, AI-assisted quoting (Adriana), operations and crew dispatch coordination (Luis), and billing preparation (Chloe), delivered through a dashboard at app.rapidai10x.com.
Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rapidai10x.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is offered on monthly subscription plans, currently Growth and Full Team. See our Pricing page for current rates and features. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change pricing, and we will tell you before the change applies to your next billing cycle.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, to misrepresent consent for SMS communications, to attempt to access other clients' data, or to reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written permission.
Your Data
You keep ownership of the operational data you enter, such as rate cards, crew rosters, job records and invoices. You are responsible for making sure that data is accurate, and for getting any consent your own customers or crew members need to give first, for example an SMS opt in. Company and contact data built through our own lead research is part of the Rapid Ai 10x database and is not exclusive to any one client.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Twilio (messaging), Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (data infrastructure), and others described in our Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for outages or issues originating from those providers, though we'll work to minimize disruption.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, workflows, and design, is the property of RapidShips LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform itself to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." Anything the AI produces, including quotes, dispatch messages and invoice lines, should be checked by your team before you act on it. We work hard to make it accurate, but we cannot promise it is free of errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidShips LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@rapidai10x.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which RapidShips LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
